Staff Of Crones Enhanced

Buffs the Staff Of Crones item obtainable in hag lair, adding some more spells to the staff.

It adds the spells: Ray of sickness, Poison spray, Hideous laughter, Dissonant whispers

It has two versions:

Balanced - The spells (apart from poison spray) can be cast once per short rest

No Cooldown - The spells (apart from poison spray) can be cast once per turn

Poison spray can be cast as you normally would cast it.
