The current version of the mod does not have an in-game user interface. It is a planned addition.
Documentation of how to write your own rule groups will be uploaded soon. You can find an example rulegroup after first launch of the mod.
Documentation for mod authors will be added after the in-game user interface in case any needed changes to support the UI would require changing an API
