Sets Starting Classes Ability Scores to even numbers to maximise modifiers while keeping their stats similar to the vanilla values.
I found it mildly annoying having to respec my companions every playthrough to make sure they all had optimal Ability Score Modifiers. New game required for the changes to take effect.
