The outfits can be found in the tutorial chest via whatever your favourite method of getting it is.  All outfits are camp outfits, so be sure to toggle that on in the top right of your character's inventory visual.

FAQ:

How does the body replacer work?

You equip it as underwear, it gives you the BCB body without feet/shins, which if you're not wearing any boots or such then the default body feet/shins should show through.  There may be a tiny gap.  It doesn't work too well for Gith or Tieflings yet, though if you put on a choker it looks less bad.
