Improved Shadow Teleport/Shadow Step. Monk Shadow Step now no longer costs a bonus action, it only costs 1 Ki Point and can be used once per turn. The Dark Justiciar Boots version (Shadow Teleport), now costs a bonus action instead of an
Shadow Step and Shadow Teleport are simply inferior to their counterparts in their current state. Misty Step items allow you to use it as a bonus action whereas Shadow Teleport is normally an action. Paired with only being able to cast it in and teleport to obscured spots, there is simply no reason to use it. Open-hand monk is also just better than the other monk types. I always wanted to add some much needed improvements and the new mod toolkit allowed me to do just that!
