Ring of Mind Shielding Edit

Makes the Ring of Mind Shielding as valuable as Omeluum claims.

The ludonarrative dissonance of how valuable Omeluum claims this ring to be versus how useless it is in gameplay finally got to me, so I wanted to give it a more powerful (but lore-consistent) passive.

The new passive is called Mind Shield (renamed from Shelter):

• The wearer (has Advantage on Saving throws against Charmed) can't be Charmed or Frightened, but cannot draw on the power of their tadpole.

Illithid powers cannot be used while wearing the ring, inspired by the early access version of this ring.

The rarity and gold value of the ring are also increased.
