Raphael Heads

INSTALLATION

Install with BG3 Mod Manager

1. Unzip the file and copy the .pak file into your game mods folder: ...\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods

2. Open BG3 Mod Manager and pull the mod into the load order (active mods), save the load order.

Adds Raphael's heads to CC.

These custom heads are available for humans (body type 2 & 4) & tieflings (body type 4).

Tiefling head has two variants: Raphael's/Haarlep's original cambion head (for cambion horns) & modified tiefling head (for all other tiefling horns).

NOTE

There is a very slight neck seam on the body type 4 tiefling & human heads. I have tried my best to cover it up with both textures and meshes.

Piercings are not supported for the heads.

HAIR

Added Raphael's/Haarlep's cambion hair to CC (Cambion Hair) for Body Type 4. It is designed for the cambion heads/horns only as it is a still hair mesh and will not automatically adjust to different head shapes. Using tiefling heads/smaller horns leaves a bald patch behind the horns.

Issues with the head not showing up / floating?

Set your Animation LOD to High in the game settings.

A bunch of odd naked men are showing up in CC?

You need to download Improved UI mod.
