This works seamlessly with and without Unique Tav. We have two versions, Clean and Hairy. If youre playing NON Unique Tav and arent using mods to remove body hair, the main Hairy version is for you.

ALL vanilla races and body types(genders) included. MANY custom races alsoOver a whopping 1300+ penises provided across all Vanilla Races and Genders and many custom races... and we are still not finished.

This means more penis options for ALL races and genders, not just body types 2 and 4.

CUSTOM RACE COMPATIBILITY:

We have introduced compatibility for many custom races while others just work right out of the gate thanks to their use of Human files/locations. Some of these include in part or full:

For Patch 7 and up. Install with BG3MM, Vortex or Manually. Manual install works best if youre also using the in game MM mods[s
