A Storm-Powered Barbarian Subclass

LIGHTNING FLOWS THROUGH YOUR VEINS

Lightning is part of you. You are a brute of the battlefield who catches, electrocutes, and rends those who attempt to flee. When you rage, you unleash the storm within, channeling raw power to turn the tides of battle and strike fear into the hearts of friends and foes alike.

  ⚔️ SUBCLASS FEATURES

  Level 3: Galvanic Heart

  Lightning flows through your veins. You gain Resistance to Lightning damage. If you already possess this resistance, you instead reduce incoming Lightning damage by 1d6 (after resistance is applied).

  In addition, while Raging, you can unleash the lightning within. For the duration of your rage, you can use your Bonus Action to unleash various powers.

  Vessel Save DC = 8 + Proficiency Bonus + Constitution Modifier

  ── Electrified Chains (Bonus Action · Requires Rage · Melee weapon required)

  Wrap your weapon in lightning. Until the end of your turn, your hits deal additional Lightning damage equal to twice your Constitution Modifier and apply Ensnared.

  While Ensnared, the target is bound by inescapable arcs of electricity. It cannot move more than 10 ft from its current position without succeeding on an Athletics check against your passive Athletics. On failure: takes the Lightning damage again an
