Noxx’s Arcane Forge (SE)

Give your mundane loot a purpose. Turn weapons, ingots, gemstones and plain jewelry into a weapon of your own choosing with the reusable Forgemaster’s Kit.

This is the Script Extender edition of Arcane Forge.

Open your Traveller’s Chest to collect the kit, guide and starter supplies. Open the kit and place an eligible weapon, ingot, gem and jewelry binding inside. Hover the preview to check what you’re making, then move only the created weapon to your character’s inventory to forge it.

One of each ingredient is used, remaining stacks return to your character and the kit stays reusable.

- 226,800 weapon outcomes across 18 ordinary and 171 named/enchanted weapon chassis.

- Four metals, 15 gemstones and 20 binding traits.

- Weapon and gem mechanics retained from the original outcome data.

- Camp-chest starter supplies.

- A forging guide book.

Requirements

Windows PC and Norbyte’s BG3 Script Extender are required. Install the PAK and enable Noxx’s Arcane Forge (SE) in your mod manager. Script Extender: https://github.com/Norbyte/bg3se/releases/latest

This is a separate mod, not a drop-in replacement for native Lite or Expanded. No conversion of their existing items is included. Don’t remove native Forge mods from a valued save to swap to this edition. Back up your save before adding it; for a fresh SE-only game, leave native Lite/Expanded disabled.

Keep the mod installed in saves containing its forged weapons. Preserve the `committed-stats` cache alongside your save backups.

Multiplayer and transfers between PCs are untested. Controller-specific behavior and Linux/Proton are also untested. This is not a console release. No universal compatibility or measured loading-speed claim is made.
