i make sure this effect only player not AI , AI still use old timer (2-10 turns)

to turn off the buff just cast skill again and your buff will be off

ps. if you use this mod with All Skills RESET-REFILL AFTER COMBAT put this mod BELOW in load order or this mod won't have any effecy
