Necrotic and Necromancy Spells for Clerics

I'm adapting some of my simpler mods to the toolkit, so here's one of them.

This adds Necromancy and Necrotic damage cantrips to Cleric lists. Death Domain already has many of these available, but this makes these spells types of spells available for other modded Cleric subclasses as well, such as Darkness Domain and Night Domain.

Spells added are as follows:

Cantrips:

Bursting Sinew

Level 1:

Arms of Hadar

Ray of Sickness

Level 3:

Vampiric Touch

Animate Dead

Level 4:

Level 6:

Circle of Death

Support for modded spells is included for the following:

Mystra's Spells

Veenab Spells

You do not have to have these mods installed.
