📋 About This Mod
Your Patron calls you to serve, and you do so now more ably than ever. Armed with 31 new Eldritch Invocations culled from both 3rd and 5th edition D&D, you can unleash darkness, sickness, and pestilence, all in the name of your dark master.
"You've been a good pup, little Dukeling, and you'll be rewarded handsomely for your service..."
Mizora's Rewards adds 31 new Eldritch Invocations (and one new feat) for Warlocks to choose from, 13 culled from 5th Edition D&D (one of which was unused in the game files), 18 of which adapted into BG3 from 3rd Edition D&D, with as much effort as possible put into faithfully adapting the invocations into Baldur's Gate 3.
The following existing Invocations have been Modified:
-
[]Pact of the Blade and Hexblade's Pact have been modified to behave more like the Eldritch Knight's Weapon Bond. All Hail the Throwlock!
[
]Repelling Blast and Agonizing Blast still work like they used to, but have been changed under the hood to allow the new Eldritch Blast variants to work with them.[]Eldritch Spear was already in the game's files, but has now been made available to players starting at 2nd level.
New Invocations from 5th Edition D&D:
2nd Level:
-
[]Aspect of the Moon: You gain immunity to Sleep effects (Requires Pact of the Tome)
[]Cloak of Flies: While active, you have advantage on Intimidation checks, and disadvantage on all other Charisma skill checks.
[]Eldritch Mind: You have advantage on Concentration saving throws.
[]Grasp of Hadar: When you hit a target with your Eldritch Blast, pull them 3m closer to you.
[]Lance of Lethargy: When you hit a target with your Eldritch Blast, reduce its movement speed by 3m for a turn.
5th Level:
-
[]Gift of the Ever-Living Ones: As long as you're within 30m of your Familiar, you receive the maximum roll on healing effects used on you. (Requires Pact of the Chain)
[
]Investment of the Chain Master: Your familiar can now fly, uses your Proficiency Bonus instead of its own, has bonus maximum HP equal to your level times your Charisma Modifier (if positive), its unarmed attacks count as magical, you can spend a Bonus Action to let it attack an extra time on its next turn, and when it's damaged you can use a Reaction to give your familiar resistance to that damage.[]Eldritch Smite: When you hit with an attack, you can spend a spell slot to deal +1d8 Force Damage, plus an additional +1d8 per slot level. And yes, it does stack with Divine Smite like in pen and paper, if you use one as an action and the other as an interrupt. So have fun, Lockadins.
[]Maddening Hex: You can use a Bonus Action to deal Psychic damage to a victim of your Hex, Curse or Hexblade's Curse that you can see. This damage also hits all other enemies within 2m of your target.
7th Level:
-
[]Gift of the Ever-Living Ones: As long as you're within 30m of your Familiar, you receive the maximum roll on healing effects used on you. (Requires Pact of the Chain)
-
[]Aspect of the Moon: You gain immunity to Sleep effects (Requires Pact of the Tome)
