Some rogues steal fortunes. Lowclass Degenerates lose them, insist the next hand will fix everything, and spray casino tricks at anyone who questions the strategy.

LEVEL 3
Rigged Colour Spray
Spray a cone of rigged gaudy casino-light. Targets can be Dazzled or Blinded.
(Cast as a Bonus Action, your CHA modifier determines the number of uses per short rest.)
Dazzled
Your vision is flooded with cheap, hostile colour. You suffer -2 to Attack Rolls.
Dealer's Fan
Spray a fan of playing cards to inflict Force damage and deal a Marked Card. If the target was already marked, its old card is played first, then a fresh random suit is dealt.
(Cast as a Bonus Action, your CHA modifier determines the number of uses per short rest. Damage scales with Rogue level.)
Marked Card
Every valid creature hit by Dealer's Fan is automatically dealt one random suit. Hearts. Diamonds. Clubs. Spades. Hitting an already marked target again plays its current card, then deals a fresh random card.
Hearts
When played, the target loses 2 Charisma for 2 turns. Loaded Mark increases this to 3.
Diamonds - The House Collects
When played, some of the target's eligible possessions may spill onto the ground.
Clubs
When played, the target deals 2 less melee damage for 2 turns. Loaded Mark increases this to 3.
Spades
When played, the target loses 10% Maximum Hit Points until combat ends. This does not stack with itself. Loaded Mark increases the loss to 15%.

LEVEL 9
Last Ante
Make a reckless wager against creatures. Targets who fail a Dexterity Saving Throw take full Force damage. If they succeed they take half Force damage and you receive Psychic Backlash. After the wager resolves, you automatically gain 1 Chasing Losses tier, up to 4.
(Cast as a Bonus Action, your CHA modifier determines the number of uses per short rest.)
Chasing Loses
Keep Chasing Losses to raise the stakes. The more Psychic Backlash you risk, the more Force damage you can inflict. (see below for risk/reward).
Walk Away
Fold before the house collects. Immediately remove every Chasing Losses tier from yourself. Walk Away deals no damage, grants no reward, and exists purely to reset the escalating risk.

LEVEL 13
Loaded Mark
Your Marked Cards become loaded. Hearts: -3 Charisma for 2 turns. Clubs: -3 melee damage for 2 turns. Spades: -15% Maximum Hit Points until combat ends, non-stacking. Diamonds becomes more aggressive and attempts to spill more eligible items when available.
Final Ante
Your whale level wagers become dangerously high risk-high reward. At Tier 3 Chasing Losses, Last Ante increases to 5d8 Force / 3d8 Psychic bac
