Instruments of Proficiencies

• []This mod now adds a toggleable passive to instruments that gives proficiency with all armor types, all weapon types, and musical instruments. The passive is off by default. The boost is hidden to avoid cluttering the UI, but it can be seen during checks that require dice rolls.

• []If you don't like the passive's buff, there's now also a custom class action spell that provides more proficiency boost options.
