Hellfire Greataxe Fix

What it does:

According to the bugs section on the wiki:

This weapon has a hidden condition MAG_FIRE_DIPPED_HELLFIRE which is supposed to make its 1d6 ⁠Fire damage ignore fire resistance.  Additionally, Hellflame Cleave and the Hellfire surface it creates are also both supposed to ignore fire resistance. Neither of these effects are currently ignoring fire resistance.

This mod simply fixes those errors. 

You'll now be able to see the Hellfire passive feature on the weapon, too (see 2nd image).

All Weapon Attacks with the Hellfire Greataxe will benefit from the 1d6 Fire Damage, as well as the Hellflame Cleave cantrip.

Thanks to this reddit user, Umbran0x, for pointing out the issue and pointing me in the direction of the solution.

Thanks to BaldursGoonsack for Goon's Condition and Surface Overhaul, which fixes the Roiling Hellfire surface bug already. This mod just makes the same fix to the surface, and should be compatible if you already use that mod.
