Ferrety's Feats - Spellbreaker Adept

OVERVIEW

Adds a feat 'Spellbreaker Adept' that allows you to ignore resistances/immunities to a certain damage type and deal extra damage when dealing damage with that type.

NEW FEATS

• []Spellbreaker Adept - Grants you the ability to ignore resistance/immunities to two damage types. When dealing damage with those damage types add +1d4 to the damage roll. Increase either your Intelligence, Wisdom of Charisma by 1.
