Main features
Fatebound operates through 3 core mechanics.
1) Individual Bonds
Companions grow stronger the more they approve of their Leader (the main character / avatar).
Amicable / Medium approval (21~40)
+1 to a Skill.
Trusting / High approval (41~60)
+2 to a Skill
+1 to a damage type.
Devoted / Very High approval (61~80)
+3 to a Skill
+2 to a damage type
+1 to combat stat
Fatebound / Exceptional approval (81+)
+3 to a Skill
+2 to a damage type
+1 to combat stat
Fatebound Perk
Fatebound Perks are twice as powerful with a romanced partner.
All individual perks are shared with the Leader.
2) Shared Bonds
Companion perks from Individual Bonds are shared to other companions with a similar or higher approval, up to one tier below the current perk tier.
Amicable
Gain no other companion's perk.
Trusting
Gain the Medium perks from other Trusting companions or higher approval.
Devoted
