Adds an intelligence-based version of the Potent Robe for those wishing it worked on their wizard.
The Potent Robe is fantastic - for a charisma caster. I usually have Wyll multicassed into Paladin by the time I get it though and it doesn't get used, which is a shame since Gale doesn't get a robe that matters until act 3! Sure would be nice if there was a version for wizards instead.
The robe is sold by Quartermaster Tali and Danthelon. It is also in the tutorial chest.
