Dragonborn Breath Weapon Tweaks

There's another mod that extended the lines (though I tweaked a little more than just the line length) and added level scaling, but since Larian added level scaling with Patch 1, the other mod adds a bit of superfluous bloat now. Also, it hadn't corrected the tool tips for acid and lightning breath which both said "cone" instead of "column" despite being line attacks.

• []Changes the scaling to that in the Cleric and Species UA. (1d10 at level 1, 2d10 at level 5, 3d10 at level 11, and 4d10 at level 17).

  []Makes breath weapons an attack replacement usable once per turn.

  []Changes uses to a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier regained on long rest.

  []Adds ability to use breath weapon charges to gain flight at level 5.

  Compatibility Notes:

  I haven't tested it, but in the process of making breath weapons able to replace an attack, I also implemented a blade cantrip fix, so if you place this below Sword Meets Sorcery - Core, both should work properly. 5e Spells uses SE to block the extra attack, so load order doesn't matter.
