Restore dialogue sound quality to its former glory!
Description
Larian changed their audio encoding format back in patch 6 and the dialogue sound quality has been bothering me ever since. What I found is that they have chosen heavier compression in order to limit audio file size at the cost of quality, most likely to support the weakest systems and consoles. Dialogue Voice Quality Restoration (DVQR) uses the original voice assets from Pre-Patch 6 and reintroduces support for the previous audio encoding for dialogue voice lines.

Installation
Recommend to use BG3 Mod Manager to install DVQR .pak files.
To fix "Skipped importing mod - No .pak file found" or similar, unzip your DVQR downloads.
Compatibility
Version 3. 0 should be compatible with all modern mods. If you use voice changing replacer mods, remove DVQR - {Character} for that character and use the normal version of that voice replacer mod instead.
Place DVQR early in load order so that other mods take priority.
