Debonaire Rogue Subclass

DEBONAIRE HAS COME TO BALDUR'S GATE 3!

My third attempt at creating an entire new subclass from scratch for BG3/5e, inspired by the Debonaire Rogue subclass from Obsidian's Pillars of Eternity (somebody stop me). The Debonaire Rogue is a master manipulator, using their roguish charm to exploit the mental and emotional vulnerabilities of their targets. However, being so self-serving and at home in crowded social events means they may be a bit too reliant on being surrounded by their accomplices...

Goes very well together with a level 3 dip into Swords or Glamour Bard!

Like with all the other PoE adaptations, I've included abilities past level 12 for this one, so feel free to use level cap mods if you want access to them. I will not be making a separate version with reduced level thresholds. That being said, I've tried my best to make it fun to play while retaining a sense of balance, and as it's not based on 5e or any other homebrewer's work, I'm very much open to feedback and ideas since this is in no way a finished product.
