This will create an event that triggers for your characters when combat ends that restores short and long rest cooldown for all of your abilities.

Works on all abilities in the game that refresh with short or long rest, this includes weapon skills, item abilities, illithid powers as well as those from other mods that use short/long rest as a cooldown for their abilities.
