General Bard Changes

Song of Rest

-Now uses charges that show in the UI and replenish on a long rest.

CounterCharm (Improved)

-Now removes charmed and frightened when the countercharm status is applied. Level 3

Subclass Spells

-Guidance

-Hymn of Healing

Hymn of Healing (inspired by Rebalance - Level 2 Spells)

-This is a renamed version of Prayer of Healing with the same healing numbers. It can be used in combat, but has a once per short rest cooldown.

Scholar of Life (new passive)

-Your healing spells heal an additional 2 + Spell Level hit points

Soothing Song (new bardic inspiration)

-Costs a bardic inspiration and a bonus action

-Heals target ally Character Level x2 + Charisma Modifier + Bardic Inspiration Die. (cannot target self)

-Gives target Tranquility (+1 AC and +5 movement) for 2 turns.

Font of Inspiration

-College of Restoration Bards unlock Font of Inspiration at level 3Level 5

-Mass Healing Word Level 6

Melody of Mending (new ability)

-Costs an action

-Once per Short Rest cooldown

-Heals all allies in the target area Character Level x3 + Charisma Modifier 

-Applies Blessed and Tranquility (+1AC and +5 movement) to all allies in the target area for 2 turns.

Melodia (new passive)

-Toggleable

-Allows you to cast Melody of Mending using a Song of Rest Charge. (This allows you to cast melody of mending more than once per short rest in lieu of your song of rest for the day)Level 10

+1 Charge (2 total)

Tranquil Serenity (status improved)

-Tranquil Serenity AC increased to +2Level 11

Subclass Spells

-Heal Level 17

Melody of Mending (Improved)

-Melody of mending now cures diseases, paralysis, charmed and frightened

-Radius increased from 4 to 5
