Amara Hairstyle

Introducing my Amara hairstyle, my second public hair release for BG3! This hair is named after my Bard character, Amara, which I made specifically for her in Act 3! Plus, I love cute, short hairstyles :)

Unfortunately, I had some hiccups with the other body types and shorter races, so this is only available for BT1 (human F) for now. I plan to bring it to the remaining body types in the future. I decided to release it now since there was some interest on my Camp Circlets mod! More info below ⬇️

Two versions of the hairstyle are included: Version 1 (V1) & Version 2 (V2).

• []V1 doesn't have the side pieces so you can pair it with other bang mods such as P4 Bangs Bangs Everywhere and/or Kay's Hair Extensions.

  []V2 is the one with the side pieces for a completed look

  []Uses HAIR_HUM_F_Straight_Short_G as a base with a custom scalp texture. Not a replacer. Autosnap hair.

  []Humans & Githyanki have a slightly different GR2 to reduce clipping on the ears.

  []Has custom icons (I'll update Minharpy to match eventually)

  I'll make a combined hair pack with this & Minharpy + other hair mods when I release more for those who don't want separated paks.

  This mod is not currently available on mod.io meaning it likely will not be usable on consoles or those using Crossplay to play with console users.

  Disclaimer & Known Issues

  • []Clipping is to be expected. That being said, I tried to reduce the clipping as much as possible on the ears for most vanilla faces.

    []I can't comment on how clipping around the ears will fair with modded faces.

    []Tiefling's without horns have a slight issue with jagged-ness on the mesh. I will look for a fix for a future update.

    []As always, I did play test this hair and scrutinized it extensively for flaws but I still might have missed something so please make a bug report if you come across anything game breaking!

    []This mod uses vanilla assets and any resemblance or similarity to other mods is purely coincidental and not intentional.

  Requirements

  No additional mod requirements

  Animation Level of Detail in game settings must be set to HIGH (mesh has no LODs).

  Install

  []Install with BG3ModManager

  []Drop into /Mod folder

  []Drag from Inactive to Active <
