A Better Hex

This mod updates the Hex spell, so that it no longer requires concentration.

Known Issue: If an enemy Hexes you, the Hex will persist until you take a long rest or use the Remove Curse spell. I don't plan on trying to fix this because I think that removing the concentration requirement balances out this inconvenience. Additionally, I've played this game a lot, and I typically only get Hexed once or twice during an entire campaign.
