Mod Installer GUI

A graphic interface for dark0dave's excellent mod installer. You still need to download mod installer from his github. A link to the latest release is included in the tool here. The source code is included in the archive

How to use:

1. Get yourself dark0dave's mod installer. There's a link to the latest release on github in the tool). Add the path to it in the tool.

2. Get yourself weidu.exe. There's a link to the latest release on github in the tool). Add the path to it in the tool.

3. Get yourself some mods. There's a link to a pretty extensive mod list linked in the tool to get you started. They'll usually come in an archive that contains a modname folder and (most of the time) a setup-modname.exe. We don't need the exe now, just put the folders for all mods you want to install together in one folder (you could call it "mods" for example). Add the path to this folder in the tool.

4. Get yourself a weidu log. This is a file that's generated/updated after mods are installed that lists all of the installed components. People often share their logs online after they complete their installs. If you don't have one, you can ask on the discord server linked in the tool. Add the path to this folder in the tool.

5. Add the path to the game's main folder in the tool.

6. Now you have 2 options...

6a. Click "generate command" button. A pop-up will open with a long line and a button that let's you copy that line to clipboard. After you've copied it, you can open cmd, paste it there and run it and the intall will begin.

6b. Click the "execute command" button. This will directly run the same command via cmd and start the mod install without you having to manually faff about with it.

If you're doing an EET installation, you'll need to click the EET button and supply weidu logs and install paths for both BG1 and BG2. Everything else is the same.
