About this mod
Devs neglected Wyll for so long. With patch 7, they messed up his main dialog file and put his greetings in the wrong order. It so happened that the "You've got something to say?" line was put above other lines, and it got a flag "approval -20 or higher". Obviously, almost any approval is higher than -20, that's why you guys were getting this line all the time.
This mod re-orders Wyll's greetings, and assigns them proper (in my opinion) flags. Wyll will greet you with one of 6 possible lines, depending on your approval with him. Below is the list of greetings and their flags/conditions.

Patch 7 Hotfix 28 notes
Larian included the official fix of this bug in Hotfix 28 for Patch 7. I play tested that. In the vanilla game, Wyll says either "Well met" if approval is -20 and higher, or "You've got something to say" if approval is lower than -20. I checked the full range of approvals from -40 to 100 with a 10 points step.
I think they could've done better than that.
Installation
I recommend installation via LaughinLeader's BG3 Mod Manager (1. 0. 11. 0 or higher for Patch 7). You can also drop the .pak into Mods folder, at least that works for me.
