Witch elves were a banished faction of high elves who devoted themselves to The Mistress of Darkness.
Those who worship Her are driven by their dark desires. Some want forbidden knowledge, others love pain and get pleasure out of it, but in the end all they want is to win The Mistress's favor at any cost.
This occultic subrace seeks to corrupt as many elves as possible.
