The heads included in Transient Guests Are We - Playable Dhampir enabled for all Elven races. (Elf, Half Elf, Drow).
TGAW - Playable Dhampir is NOT required for this mod to work!
Install with Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager
Download the .zip file, and drag it into BG3 Mod Manager
Drag the modpack from the right side over to the left side (Active Mods)
Click on file > save order, and then file > export order to game. Heads may disappear or not show up correctly. Set "Animation LOD Detail" setting to "High" to fix this.
Please make sure to report any other issues you notice so I can fix them.
