Level 3

Lightning Bolt

Type: AOE Spell

Range: 9m Line

Saving Throw: Dexterity

Damage Type: Lightning

Damage:  Failed Save - 2 rolls of martial arts die and apply the *Electrocuted condition for 1 turn

Successful Save - 1 roll of martial arts die

Cost: Bonus Action and Ki-Point

I also added a toggleable feature that adds a lightning effect to your unarmed strike action. It's purely for flavor.

Level 6

Lightning Damage Resistance

Shocking Strikes: Your unarmed strikes deal additional lightning damage equal to your Wisdom modifier. Additionally, once per turn when you hit a target with an unarmed strike, they received the Electrocuted condition for 1 turn.

Fly: You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed.

Level 9

Your Lightning Bolt damage increases to 2d8. Additionally, the Electrocuted condition now last for two turns on a failed saving throw.

Level 10

Thunder God: 

Type: Teleport and AOE

Range: 18m teleport and 18m AOE damage

Saving Throw: Dexterity

Damage Type: Lightning

Damage: Failed Save - 2 rolls of martial arts die and apply the Electrocuted condition for 1 turn to any enemies within 18m

Successful Save - 1 roll of martial arts die to any enemies within 18m

Cost: Bonus Action Point

Cooldown: Once per long rest. However, if you score a critical hit or reduce an enemy to zero hit points with an unarmed strike, you gain an additional use.
