I recommend to Install via Vortex mod manager, this is my first mod and in all honesty I wouldn't know another way to install.
It shouldn't cause any issues installing or removing mid playthroughs.

I pulled the animation file from the most recent version of the game to start from scratch, it's a not a modified version of the mod above.
This mod replaces the human female walk and run animations for body type 1 with the elven race animations, which are considered prettier. It also applies to races that inherit human animations. A simple cosmetic fix for players who dislike the default human female movement.
