This custom feat adds a powerful new mechanic to Baldur’s Gate 3: When your character is downed and dies, they restore up to eight nearby allies to full health, a final act of sacrifice that can turn the tide of battle.
The mechanic is inspired by real-world organ donation, where one donor can save up to eight lives. By bringing that truth into the game, this mod offers a symbolic and impactful way to reflect on the power of that choice.
Developed as part of the Virtual Donors project by Re-Born to Be Alive, the mod aims to raise awareness about the life-saving impact of organ donation through the world gamers know best. This mod was developed by Tim Holland, whose talent, time, and generosity helped bring the Virtual Donors concept to life in Baldur’s Gate 3. He knows the importance of organ donation better than most: his wife is currently on the waiting list for new lungs. You can support them here!
