Vestiauril Outfit - Frostmaiden-Inspired Armour Set

Tired of wearing lame human armours and just want to become winter deities? These (absurdly uncomfy but ultra fancy) armours are for you!🤣

This is the second outfit mod I made…with fully original design. Didn’t use any meshes from the base game (does taking some “skin” from the body model counts? lol), only used the netherstone material for the icicles :D So the reason why I made this armour in the first place was that I saw some amazing designs by Iris van Herpen, specifically one from her Fall 2023 Haute Couture (the one with the shiny golden snowflake-like design), and because I also love fragrances, there’s a classic ad from Thierry Mugler Angel which I could never forget…so I figured, well, I can make this into an armour! XD So I made a rough sketch of the design in clip studio and made a few modifications. And after a few hours of arranging icicles…Voilà!

I named it after the goddess of winter and cold in DnD lore, basically Vesti+Auril, “Vesti” meaning garments, and “Auril” as in the goddess’ name.

Style Options:

This armour set includes five outfit variations:

Full Outfit Set:

A complete ensemble that includes all the components (for BT1/3), and all these without the chest piece for BT2, equipped in breast armour slot.

※These do NOT include the necklace.

Headwear Only:

As a separate item, equipped in the helmet slot.

Shoulder + Knee Guards Only:

As a separate item, equipped in the cloak slot.

Torso Only:

As a separate item (with only breast piece/harness/skirt), equipped in breast armour slot.

Necklace Only:

As a separate item, equipped in the cloak slot.

※Note that the icicles are not dyeable, but the metal parts are.

Full (Basic)/Torso Only:

10 AC, does not include any buffs

16 AC, with Hearts of Ice/Winter’s Clutches boosts, unlock the spell Kereska’s Favour, gain status of Frost of Dark Winter (which also unlocks Cone of Cold and Ice Storm spells) (I know I know it’s a lot lol but it’s cool! XD)

Other style options do not have any stats.

This outfit for BT2 has a different design. So basically, when equipping the same item, BT1/3 has the design with the crystal chest piece, and BT2 has the design without the chest piece, this is just my personal design choice, since this phenomena happ
