NOTE: The Animation Level of Detail in Video setting must be High for the animations of the heads to work properly.
Basically this mod editted some NPCs' appearances with custom models, textures and such, replacing the vanilla appearances which use generic visual resources.

<INSTALLATION>
Install with Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager or other mod managers (I have never used any other mod manager for the game though, they should theoretically work, but I don't actually know).
