Unearthed Arcana Wyll Not Found Mask and Inventory Fix

UNEARTHED ARCANA IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE "NOT FOUND" WYLL MASK GLITCH.

If you have ALREADY installed Unearthed Arcana and you are in Honour mode or started a new game (so there are no saves to fall back on), or you cannot edit the mod yourself, you can use this cheat table with Cheat Engine to add Wyll's starting equipment back to his inventory as a per-playthrough solution.

Order of Operations:

Get Cheat Engine 7. 5.

Load the table.

Start the game.

Attach Cheat Engine to the game process. It will either be very obvious or some variant of BG3.exe.

Open the Console Commands tab.

Load your save.

When the value indicated in the table is not ?? or zero, register commands.

Recruit Wyll, if you haven't already.

Open the Item Spawner.

Select Wyll from the party list, like you're going to direct him.

Activate the fix script.

Wyll should now instantly obtain the relevant items. Check his inventory.

Close out of Cheat Engine and continue playing.

Enjoy the game as normal.

You will need to do this every time you start a new playthrough.

This mod adds all of the starting equipment Wyll was missing in my playthrough according to the Wiki's statement on what he should have in his inventory.

It adds his clothes, his boots, a scroll of revivify, a camp supply satchel, an alchemy pouch, and a keychain.

More in-depth exposition on why this is necessary:

Upon installing Unearthed Arcana, you are locked into only using the version of the

mod you installed on any saves made with the mod on. Potentially all character saves, according to the few complaints I found elsewhere when researching which mod was doing this.

1. If you attempt to uninstall the mod, it will reload constantly to the main menu.

2. If you attempt to unpack and repack the mod without the undocumented and unsolicited Wyll changes, the save will crash to desktop.

The above apply to all saves on which the mod was previously installed.

Other, undocumented things this change to Wyll's inventory does;

-Butchers his inventory into an early alpha inventory, giving him one camp supplies and two healing potions.

-Loses the unique bags associated with playable characters (Camp Supply Satchel, Keyring, and Alchemy Pouch).

-Wyll loses his camp clothing and will appear naked in camp until dressed

(and possibly beyond that, considering other people's reports.)
