Download the EotB version if you use the mod Eyes of the Beholder by labotor
Download the UT version if you use the framework Unique Tav by Kartoffels
If the head is floating then try setting your animation LOD to High in the game settings, that should fix it.
There shouldn't be any other issue with aside from some minor clipping with very tight fitting hairstyles and ear cuffs, which I can't do much about.
I will most likely not port this head to T4 (male strong) body type because I don't think it will fit at all.
