Increases the viability of True Strike
Matches the ruleset outlined in DND 5R rules, in the 2024 Player's Handbook:
True Strike:
- Concentration requirement removed
- Duration decreased to 1 turn
- Advantage removed
- Current main-hand weapon uses spellcasting modifier for attack/damage rolls
- Effect lasts until one attack has been performed with main-hand weapon
- Choice of changing weapon damage to Radiant
- Deals extra Radiant damage on reaching levels 5, 11, and 17
(Base-game True Strike status unchanged, since some things rely on that)
