Features of TRL

• []New Playing Experience

Replace the guaranteed equipment drops with Rogue-Like style. You can choose one from several different types and obtain an equipment from the type. Grant you surprises even if you already familiar with the game.

• []Difficulty Increase

TRL is basically a Difficulty-Increasing mod. Equipments you acquire in a playthrough will be much lesser and lower rarity. Which type to choose will be the key to make your build. Still too easy after honour mode? Then it's for a challenger like you.

• []Better Loot Rarity Curve

The Rarity Curve progresses with your level. The higher your level, better the chance of getting high rarity equipments.

• []Story Choices No Longer Restricted By Loot

You no longer have to make choices you don't want just for a particular equipment.

• []Lore-Friendly

Every modified item and new item in TRL is designed to be Lore-Friendly. It won't break your immersion during your adventure.

WARNING!

TRL contains a lot of alterations of existing items and treasure tables.

NOT RECOMMANDED using with other mods that modify existing NPCs, items and treasure tables.

DO NOT using TRL in an existing save file. Please start a new game with TRL, and DO NOT remove TRL during the playthrough. (It's fine to temporarily disable it if you're going to play other save files without TRL.)

Installation

Recommanded using BG3 Mod Manager.

Basically place TRL in a low priority order, but above visual changing mods. (Or playing with only TRL is the safest.)

Tips

• []Check the Mindflayer's Corpse in front of you when the game starts. (I doubt anyone would miss it, would they?)

  []Use loot item with multiple choices just like a scroll with multiple variants(Scroll of Chromatic Orb, for example). Put it on the hotbar to use it.
