The Formless Mother

These spells do not count against your Warlock Known Spells:

Necromancy Cantrip: Blood Blast

1st Level Necromancy: Blood Shard

2nd Level Necromancy: Swarm Of Flies

3rd Level Necromancy: Blood Rune

4th Level Necromancy: Vile Blood, Blood Storm

5th Level Necromancy: Affinity

Blood Blast:

Cost: 1 Action

Launch a projectile of coagulated blood, dealing damage and causing the target to bleed.

Blood Shard:

Cost: 1 Action, Level 1 Spell Slot

Launch a shards of blood at your enemies, dealing damage and causing the targets to bleed. Upcast increases the number of targets.

Swarm of Flies:

Cost: 1 Action, Level 2 Spell Slot

Summon a swarm of flies, dealing damage to any creature caught within, and causing bleeding. Upcast increases radius.

Blood Rune:

Cost: 1 Action, Level 3 Spell Slot

Summon a deadly rune on the ground which explodes when an enemy steps inside, causing substantial damage.

Vile Blood:

Cost: 1 Action, Level 4 Spell Slot

Lash out at all enemies around, dealing damage, causing bleeding, and stunning on a failed Constitution Saving Throw.

Blood Storm:

Cost: 1 Action, Level 4 Spell Slot

Call forth a Blood Storm, causing all caught within to bleed. Additionally, the storm creates a cloud of choking blood, reducing movement, causing blindness, and dealing damage to any creature that ends it's turn inside.

Cost: 1 Action, Level 5 Spell Slot

Hurl a coagulated sphere at enemies which explodes upon impact, dealing damage and causing bleeding, gaping wounds, stunned, and crippled.

1st Level: Mortal Reminder: Death

When you land a killing blow, any nearby enemies must save a Wisdom Saving Throw or become Frightened.

2nd Level: Insight of the Mother

Once per long rest, you can use your bonus action to sacrifice 15% max health for +4 bonus Spell DC.

6th Level: Entropic Ward

As a Reaction, you can impose disadvantage on an Attack Roll against you. If the attack misses, you gain Advantage on your next roll against your attacker for 1 turn.

9th Level: Soul Stealer

Heal for 10 Hitpoints upon landing a killing blow on any creature.

10th Level: Thought Shield: Psychic Resistance

You are resistant to Psychic Damage.
