The Cosmic Patron - Warlock Subclass

You have made your pact with a primordial cosmic presence, imbuing you with powers that lay dormant among the cosmos.

The Cosmos is a Cosmic-themed homebrew subclass, designed because while I enjoy The Great Old One Patron a lot, I wanted something that was a little less Lovecraftian and wasn't Psychic damage themed. This homebrew was originally designed around the 2024 PHB ruleset and has a patch for ChizFreak's Warlock and Patrons DnD 5R PHB2024, which I highly recommend.

Level 5: Daylight, Melf's Minute Meteors (requires 5e Spells or Mystra's Spells)

  Level 1 Features

  Starlit Mark: As a Bonus Action, choose a number of creatures within 60 feet of you equal to your Proficiency Bonus to be bathed in starlight. For 1 minute, each chosen creature sheds Dim Light in a 10-foot Emanation and can’t benefit from the Invisible condition. Additionally, you gain Advantage on the first attack roll you make against each chosen creature before the effect ends.

  Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a Short or Long Rest unless you expend a Pact Magic spell slot (no action required) to restore your use of it.

  Cosmic Guidance: You gain proficiency in the Arcana skill and whenever you make an Arcana check, you gain a bonus equal to your Charisma modifier. In addition, you learn the guidance cantrip if you don’t know it already and it has a range of 30 feet when you cast it. It becomes a warlock cantrip for you, but doesn’t count against the number of cantrips you know.Implementation Notes:
