this is a personal mod i made for myself and a friend over on discord, it just adds a few moles on his face without touching anything else
BG3MM file has both edits combined, if you only want one or the other you can use the overrides under optional files, copy the contents over to the installation folder (\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3) and merge with the data folder
