📋 About This Mod
I could not unsee the giant-sized chin on the Half-Elf 'Head 5', which is otherwise a very nice face (probably the best in the vanilla game). Hence why this mod exists.
This is my first BG3 mod ever so please don't expect much, I threw this mod together in a matter of hours, which includes learning how to mod BG3.
Changes made
- Reduced the giant-sized chin and jaw to more reasonable proportions, giving the face a more rounder and feminine appearance.
- The lips are now a little narrower, your Tavs will look slightly less unhinged during cutscenes.
- The nose has been slightly extended downwards to reduce the massive gap between the nose and the lips.

- v1. 0B Smaller, Thinner, Leaner Nose.
- 1. 0C Slightly thinner, more slender neck.
Installation and Usage
- Just download and install using Vortex or do a manual install (just extract the 'Generated' folder (from the mod archive) into the /Data
subdirectory of BG3's game folder).
- This will replace 'Head 5' for Half-Elves. Just re-enter the magic mirror and confirm to update your character's portrait.
- No PAK file, so you can remove it anytime you want.
