STATISTICS:
Witches Road:
Level 1 grants lightning resistance, level 5 gains lightning blast, and at level 9 becomes immune to lightning damage.
Electric Veins
When the wielder deals damage with a spell or cantrip they gain 2 Lightning Charges
Lighting Blast:
allows the wearer to focus and discharge their lightning charges to strengthen their next lightning spell, long rest CD uses bonus action
