That is tweaked a little to work for players.

This mod gives you a stack of 10 potions in the Tutorial Chest. Which upon drinking just one. It gives you a spell that can be used to steal weapons from the main hand of an Enemy NPC.
If the Enemy fails a Dexterity check of 15 and their weapon isn't bound to them. They will lose the weapon and it is transferred to caster's inventory instantly.

For all Potion mod user’s.
(Post patch 8) you can no longer obtain them normally.
However if you download the tutorial chest summoning, then you can get it through that.
As bonus, the mod lets you retrieve it no matter where your are in your adventure.
