Adds a powerful staff inspired by Iggwilv (Tasha)
Staff I made for a roleplay run that I'm starting. It's extremely powerful, especially for lightning casters and magic missile builds. For detailed stats, refer to the image in the gallery. Update: added spells from here, which is the stat block I took inspiration from.
The item can be obtained two ways. For convenience lovers, it can be spawned in with EasyCheat. For those who prefer immersion, it can be found after defeating a difficult act 3 encounter. For specifics, see below.
