- added Paralyzing Ray: Use cost lowered to bonus action, save changed to WIS, cooldown lowered to short rest
Burnished Ring:
- added Wounding Ray: Upcast to 4th level, +1d10 damage
- added Ray of Fear: Upcast to 4th level, +1 extra target
- Paralyzing Ray: Upcast to 4th level, +1 extra target
