Spawn Any Item

Spawn Any Item mod temporarily alters the Dash ability to grant a spell that contains five other spells that spawn permanent items to the game world. Once you get the items you want, you can uninstall the mod.

This mod also contains a list of most of the items in BG3 Release Version and their UUIDs which you need to spawn the items. Please note that not all of the items in the list can be added through this method. This mod bypasses the minimum level requirements that some items have, so insufficient level will not be a problem. Though some items could be broken, or aren't meant to be used by players and for some items only one instance can exist in the game world. If you fail to add a certain item, it is most likely that it isn't possible to add that item via this mod.

Make a backup save before activating this mod and save your game often into new slots as you experiment with this mod!

Do not play the game normally with this mod enabled. Install the mod, get your items, save and uninstall.

Installation and Use

Install the PAK file with BG3 Mod Manager, Vortex or manually. For manual installation you need the following information:

• []Start BG3ModManager

  []Use File -> Import Mod

  []Refresh.

  []Move the mod from inactive mods to active mods.

• Save Load Order to File

  To spawn items with Dash, you will also need to download the SpawnAnyItemUserItems. RAR file and extract it to Baldurs Gate 3\Data folder. It will place a Spell_Spawn_Items.txt file and a pdf file with the list of BG3 items at the following location: Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Public\SpawnAnyItem\Stats\Generated\Data.

  Once you have download and extracted the RAR file you need to open Spell_Spawn_Items.txt with any text editor. There are 5 spells that you can edit: SAI_Target_Gloves_SpawnItem_1 – SAI_Target_Gloves_SpawnItem_5. Find the following line from any of these spells:

  If you wish to add the armor MAG_Paladin_LayOnHandsSupport_Gloves you need find it in the Spawn Any Items ReadMe and Item List.pdf file and copy its UUID: 110144ac-db1d-4db8-a907-92f642086d0d between these (). Like this:

  data "SpellProperties" "GROUND:Spawn(110144ac-db1d-4db8-a907-92f642086d0d)"

  This spell will now spawn those gloves at the ground.

  This mod contains five spells, so you can spawn five different items during gameplay. To spawn other items, you would need to restart BG3 and edit Spell_Spawn_Items.txt file again.
