A similar, but not identical version of this head is present in DEMSOL custom heads. It has special versions for modded races demon and solar & might work a bit better as well.
It's a modified half-elf head 2/head B, although it doesn't look much like the original anymore.
Available for drow/elf/half elf/human/tiefling/solar/demon body type 2.
For solar/demon you'll get all three half elf/human/elf options, so you can pick what you like. Not tiefling's because there'll be a gap where the neck should be.
