Heya folks, it's Sin back at it again with another colour mod made from Toolkit. Another mod made for my own character but that I wanted to share with folks who may want to use it.
This one is a blue black hair colour with me having gone as dark as I could possibly make it with the slightest tint of blue possible to it.
